After experiencing many omakase meals, I can confidently say that this one has become my absolute favorite! From the moment we sat down to the very last bite, everything was simply outstanding. The highlight of our evening was not just the exquisite sushi but also the incredible artistry of Chef Ming, who crafted each piece with precision and creativity.


We opted for the $100 omakase, which included two appetizers, 15 meticulously prepared pieces, and a hand roll - an exceptional value for the quality and variety we received. Every bite was a delightful surprise, featuring premium ingredients such as sturgeon caviar, toro, A5 Wagyu, foie gras, and uni. Each piece built upon the last, making it nearly impossible to choose a favorite. Just when I thought I had discovered my ultimate bite, the next one was equally, if not more, remarkable. If I had to pick, the spoonful of foie gras, A5 Wagyu, and uni or the toro with caviar were absolute standouts!


The atmosphere at their Upper East Side location was sleek and minimalistic, with a relaxed, intimate vibe complemented by semi-low lighting. It was the perfect setting to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without unnecessary distractions. Chef Ming’s skill, attention to detail, and warm personality elevated the meal even further, making the night truly special.


For anyone looking for an unforgettable omakase experience in NYC, I highly recommend visiting one of their three locations. Whether you're a seasoned sushi enthusiast or trying omakase for the first time, this spot is a must-visit. I honestly could have sat there for another hour, savoring more and more of their delicious creations. Already counting down the days until my next visit!
